How did the idea of bringing plankton to cosmetics arise?

All skin-related conditions usually improve in summer. And for its cultivation it is only needed (in special installations) to combine seawater, temperature (sun) and C02 ... it is clear that we gave the ingredient that collected "the properties" of the summer that we spoke at the beginning.
